Today, we discuss two approaches to “work culture”. One is based on Netflix’s CEO Hastings’ book; a presentation that was downloaded 21 million times, given by the CEO of a company whose peak market-cap crossed USD300 billion last year. The second is based on a CEO who sold his company to a competitor for just USD50 million.
