Innovations have often left the erstwhile leaders in their wake. When incumbents have approached seismic changes in their industry with a sense of denial until it is too late to respond, their eventual decline has been a foregone conclusion.

This week, we take a look at the history of disruptions – starting in the 1800s with Kodak and going on to Sony, Apple, Nokia, and Jagran Prakashan until we arrive at the issue at hand.
